This evening the Cubs had a fantastic time working towards their Equestrian Badge at Eqwise in Chorley. They learned all about being safe around horses, how to groom them and keep them in good health and of course they had lots of fun riding around the paddock! A big thank you to the Eqwise team for putting on such an enjoyable evening for us.

Snowsports stage One was the focus of today’s outing for 15 Beavers and two Scouts as they tried a new sport in Skiing and earned themselves a badge whilst having fun and learning a new skill.
Everyone had a fantastic time during their ski taster at the Chill Factore and they can’t wait for us to book them another trip.  We definitely have some budding skiers in the Beaver Colony.
